Experience

  1. Research Associate

    University of Edinburgh
Investigating methods and architectures for learning generative world models for sequential decision-making.
  2. Postdoctoral Researcher

    Aalto University
Worked on world models, RL, and decision-making under uncertainty. Two first author publications at ICLR.

Education

  1. PhD Robotics & Autonomous Systems

    University of Bristol, UK

Thesis on Bayesian Learning for Control in Multimodal Dynamical Systems. Supervised by Prof. Carl Henrik Ek & Prof. Arthur Richards.

During my PhD I developed methods for controlling quadcopters in uncertain environments by synergising methods from probabilistic machine learning, stochastic differential geometry and reinforcement learning.

First Class Honours during taught MRes year.
